Great gym, I highly recommend. My boxing improved a lot and Coach John Tomaso (Owner) is high level professional. I always looked forward to coming here to push myself in a friendly and high energy environment. Beginners and more advanced are always welcomed here. You will get into great shape, make friends and have a lot of fun.
