I'm only able to come to the Fit2Box class on the weekend occasionally, but when I'm able to make it, the workout leaves me feeling like I got a great workout in. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a safe place to learn boxing or just get an awesome workout in.

Great gym, I highly recommend. My boxing improved a lot and Coach John Tomaso (Owner) is high level professional. I always looked forward to coming here to push myself in a friendly and high energy environment. Beginners and more advanced are always welcomed here. I’ve been coming to this boxing gym for over a year and absolutely love it. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping you reach your fitness goals. There are several different classes to choose from, which keeps workouts fun and challenging, and it’s an amazing stress reliever! Been coming here for a little over 6 months now, and I've absolutely loved it! The sense of community is great, and everyone is super nice. There are many class options available to fit any schedule and goal. Some classes are geared towards learning boxing while developing general fitness and strength, while others are tailored to people who are interested in sparring and developing the skills to compete in amateur boxing. So, there's something for everybody! The staff is super knowledgeable and really good at motivating you to give your best every time you're there. They've been able to answer any question I've had about boxing, programming, nutrition, or fitness and really go above and beyond to give you the support you need! Couldn't recommend more!
