Love Crossfit Ambition!! This is my first time ever trying any kind of group fitness. I looked it up and immediately said “HECK no I don’t belong there.” (I always struggled with my confidence). Overtime though I learned more about the sport, was always too nervous to actually do it, but admired it from afar 😅. Finally decided to do it though and so so glad I did. I am starting off with 3 days a week, have been at that for the past month or so and I love it. It is such a great atmosphere and all the coaches are super helpful. It can certainly feel intimidating when you see seasoned athletes doing things like bar muscle ups, pull ups, toes to bar, etc., or when you see a bunch of stuff programmed in the WOD that you’ve never even heard of or tried before, but please, don't let that stop you! It is so worth it and they do such a fantastic job at meeting you where you are. Everything can be scaled back to whatever you can do at the moment, and the coaches do a great job at explaining things and helping you. Everyone, even the other members are so kind and supportive. Truly cannot say enough good things. If i could give more stars I would. Cant wait to get stronger, more confident and just continue to push myself outside of my comfort zone. ☺️ Less

I finally took my brother up on joining him at Crossfit Ambition while I visit this summer. I am truly a beginner and I felt welcomed into their community. The trainers were amazing at helping me modify my workouts for my comfort and fitness level. I look forward to coming back next summer!

Me experience at CrossFit Ambition has been nothing short of extraordinary. The coaches are very helpful, supportive and encouraging. Great coaches & atmosphere to get a good workout

I have never done crossfit before and I wanted to try something new & it’s also close to where I live which is a plus. Kris is the owner and he made me feel comfortable even though I had no idea what I was doing. Everyone that works-out there is also super friendly. I highly recommend trying this gym specially if you’re looking for structure.

Very welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are helpful and always willing to provide guidance/answer questions. The gym is clean and organized and has pretty much any equipment you could think of needing. Definitely a great place to workout with friends!

I wear my apple watch and I am consistently burning over 400 calories even when I feel that I didn't give it 100%. Going only 3x a week, I have gotten stronger, faster, and in much better shape without any injuries. The workouts definitely vary and utilize every muscle fiber in the body throughout the week. The gym itself is huge and there is always room without feeling crowded. One last important thing, the culture here is very friendly and kind, which makes it for a pleasant environment altogether. Because of the coaching and community at Ambition, I was able to return to CrossFit 2 months after a total hip replacement. Each coach worked with me to develop appropriate scales for my limited mobility. So, I can safely say that CrossFit is for anyone and Ambition is the best box in Rochester!

Great community, great coaches, and great facilities. Welcoming of all ages and fitness levels and both the coaches and the other members are very encouraging. I started here unsure about whether Crossfit was right for me, but 2 years later I'm going strong and I give definitely give a lot of credit to the people Crossfit Ambition for that.

I first walked in to CrossFit Ambition four years ago completely solo, with hardly any knowledge of fitness. After my first class I was hooked. This gym is filled with members and coaches who want to see you succeed, help you build confidence, and allow you to grow. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a a great community or wanting to try something new!

I have been to a number of different CrossFit Boxes in the area and non of them compare to Ambition. Outstanding coaching, clean gym, and a community foundation that is really more like family. Whether you are a competitive athlete or someone who is just starting your fitness journey I guarantee you will find your home at Ambition!

Great atmosphere, knowledgeable trainers and supportive environment! I never feel like I am not capable of the WOD because they ensure you work safely to your ability but challenge yourself!

I've been doing CrossFit for 10 years now. It is very rare that you can find a community this strong. The coaches, owners and members all engage in such a way that everyone feels at home when they walk through the doors. This is one of those gyms that I'd drive an extra 20-30 minutes out of my way for to be a part of.

Looking for a great group of motivating, uplifting teammates, this is your place. I got started with the boot camp and now in CrossFit have made great friends! Coaches are great and the facility is well structured.

CrossFit Ambition is truly a community. I have been actively involved for over a year now and couldn't be happier. They have helped me conquer my fitness fears and I have seen such a transformation in my own self. The small classes and one-on-one coaching is one of many things that keeps me going back and pushing myself even farther!

As a newbie still, I just wanted to say THANKS! Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive! Hardest workouts of my life but I find myself smiling at the end. A month ago I would have never imagined I'd be able to do half of what I've done. To anyone that is on the fence about trying it out, I can attest that Crossfit Ambition is an awesome place!
