Also, didn't even attempt to short change the time spent (and detailed changes were made during the evening, as well as-- the next day was a holiday)! This same effort and cooperative response has consistently taken place from day 1 anytime an answer to a question was needed or a request for further assistance required. Things are handled sort of like the old days, back when individuals actually cared about doing a good job!
