This is my first gym experience. I was always a workout in my garage kind of girl. This has been a wonderful experience! The coaches are very welcoming and helpful. The classes are a great full body workout. I highly recommend to anyone who like myself is uncertain/nervous of the gym scene. The team makes you feel right at home from day 1.

I’ve been coming to this gym since November and have loved my experience since I stepped in for the first time. It’s a family owned place and you can tell they truly care about the people who come here.The small group classes are my favorite. They make it easier to stay motivated and still feel like you get personal attention. The trainers are always checking in, making sure I’m doing things right and feeling good.The gym is also very clean every time I come in, which I really appreciate. Wolff Pack is a great place with kind people and a welcoming environment. It’s changed my life and I highly recommend others to check it out too!

I’ve been going here for about a year and four months and have had a great experience. I have a genetic connective tissue disorder that causes frequent injuries, so working out safely is really important to me.When I had to take a break for knee and elbow issues and started physical therapy, Jake went above and beyond by researching my condition to help me train safely. That level of care is something I’ve never experienced at other gyms or with other trainers.Wolff Pack truly cares about their clients, and I’m very grateful to be part of it.

Wolff Pack Performance is one of the best gyms in the area! It’s a welcoming environment where everyone cheers each other on and holds you accountable in the best way. The support and encouragement here makes showing up fun—even on the tough days. Whether you’ve been on your fitness journey for years or you’re just beginning, the trainers will meet you where you’re at while still pushing you. I attend their HYROX classes and know I’ll be prepared come race day!
