Responded quickly to online quote request, which was made easier with photos and tax assessor schematics with house dimensions.
Pricing very competitive.
NO NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR INSTALLATION. Crew installed Christmas lighting expertly with all aligned bulbs. Neighbors texted me same night of installation commenting positively on outcome.
No need to contact to remove lights. Rec'd post-xmas text informing me of range of dates follow-up work would be completed.
During a season when time is tight, Christmas Factory made my life easier.

We have been a CLF residential customer for years now. Decided to have them do our restaurant this year. Within a few days of calling they were out doing the installation so we could "GO LIVE" the day after Thanksgiving. I added some more lights to the order while they were doing the install and they had no problem changing things on the fly. So glad we did the lights as we are the talk of the whole Cascade Village Shopping Center. Thank You CLF for being so awesome & Thank you for making our restaurant stand out from the others.
