i am working with them since 2017 as company driver and was treated good always felt i am working with family like environment especially owner jon chermak is very understanding and always there to help u he always go out of the way to help and support now i am owner operator with them bought my truck and put my truck with same company i worked since 2017 and its very rewarding work place and dispatcher are very good especially chris mike jon pete erika they are the back bone of this company i may say god bless this company and continue they serve mid west area they take care there company drivers good they buy new truck trailer only no old or broken trucks and repair them regularly keep them road safe dot compliance.

Pros:Miles are there. Equipment well maintained. Dispatch & owners are great at what they do. Home time always taken care of. Always paid what you should be on time. Never a lack of freight, or waiting around to find loads. They have a great company setup very well. No micromanaging, your left be to succeed or fail through your efforts. 73 on the pedal. 80'd be ideal, but I'd take advantage of it. I got jammed up my first week out. Thought for sure I'd be fired, but they gave me another chance. I feel lucky to have found this place & greatful for the opportunity from Jon & Pete. Cons:Nothing out of the ordinary trucking stuff. Sometimes the loads are tight, but never unrealistic. Rather be moving freight than waiting to find it anyhow. Few growing pains in the first 30 days, but that's anywhere. And, as many were on me as was them. Still haven't learned to love fueling at Love's. The talking forward facing camera, just a ding or beep would do. Advice to Management:In 100 years we will all be gone. Trucks will be flying loads of 3d printed rubber dog shyt to mars for Bezos & Musk's supercomputer brains to eat. They'll love chewing on it to. So, in the meantime, go have some fun & enjoy the circus. Keep Chermak going while your doing it though. Its a good place to be employed.

Chermak Cartage has been handling a dedicated lane for me for awhile now, and they have done an excellent job with on time performance and communications. They are super friendly and easy to work with. Great organization!
