Outstanding service from initial referral from my DDS with an almost immediate reply. I had an appointment within a day or two and tooth extraction a couple of days later. His staff was friendly, helpful and thorough. Dr Loh was great! He has a great personality and did amazing work. He even called me that evening to follow up. Day two after surgery (pulling teeth, inserting 8 dental implants, and bone grafting where needed). No pain, no nausea, no swelling, no bruising. My temporary one-on-four arches are amazing. Can't wait to see what the permanent lifetime ones look like. Just as I wanted: not too white, no yellow tint, look natural, even down to my pointy canines. I'm heading into the 48-hour-pain peak, but the meds have been working so far. I have been in bed, mostly sleeping, catching up on streaming, but also sitting up at my computer for a few hours. Dr. Vickers and his staff are amazing. I wrote one check and never need my wallet for follow-up visits. Direct phone calls to get my questions answered from the right person. Highly recommend. Less
