Alan did an inspection for a home I am in process of purchasing. He was very thorough in his inspection and provided a very detailed report. As a home buyer it was nice to see on the report what he saw as pressing issues as well as things that are not necessarily current repairs but things to watch and/or that may need attention in the future. Although I have been a prior homeowner, the inspection is helpful so I can be budgeting for upcoming expenses. Alan was very easy to work with, informative and personable. Alan was a truly amazing inspector to work with. He guided us through his entire inspection process, and allowed us to be right there with him throughout. Not only did he inspect every aspect of our home, but he also served as a wealth of knowledge for new homeowners like us. He was patient with us, never rushed us, and he genuinely tried to connect with us because he realized how important and impactful his work was. We told others about our great experience immediately afterward, and I went as far as to say that Alan provided the best customer service experience I think I’ve ever had just because of how kind, humorous, empathetic, and knowledgeable he was. We were never spoken down to or belittled- he really just wanted to help new homeowners that had to waive their pre-purchase inspection. My only regret is forgetting to write this review sooner!!
