I dropped in at CrossFit Coronado for a QF workout and had a great experience! Kimberly coordinated everything and made it super easy from start to finish. She was quick to respond, and the members there were really welcoming and supportive. The space was great too, and everything ran smoothly. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!!

CrossFit Coronado is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The coaches are incredible. They’re patient, encouraging, and always paying close attention to form and progress. I’ve seen a real transformation in my body since joining and can now do lifts I never thought possible. Coming here is truly the highlight of my day.

CrossFit has been such a game changer for me. I was quite nervous because I didn’t think I would be “good enough” to participate. CrossFit has been the most welcoming environment with all ages and all levels participating. Because I have a desk job I value my time in class and the strength it’s given me and the personal relationships I’ve been able to develop. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I dropped in here for 3 weeks and this box a special one! Don’t let the space fool you- it can accommodate a large group-20+ athletes, partly because the coaches are exceptional at including everyone at every level and also using the well maintained equipment extremely efficiently! They also keep an eye on everyone during the whole workout- it was impressive to experience that. I was instantly included in the community here. I will go out of my way to come back to visit :)

CF Coronado has great programming, a cool space, and friendly coaches and members. In just a couple months here I’ve noticed big improvements and I’ve stopped shying away from the hard workouts.

I dropped in here for one week while attending a conference at the convention center. As a long time athlete, I have dropped in to many gyms in many different cities. I felt instantly welcomed and like a part of the community rather than someone taking up a regular member’s space. The gym itself may appear small for some non-city folks, but let me assure you that the layout can easily accommodate a decent sized class and the coaches are excellent at the logistics to make class run smoothly. They have all the necessary equipment for any type of workout (including an assault runner which can be very hard to come by) and all the equipment is very well maintained. All in all what makes this place special is the people that make up the community and I am so thankful I got to be apart of it even if for a short while! I hope to be back soon for another visit!

CFC is the best CF gym I have been a member of during my 18+ years of doing CF. Clint and Kim the owners are absolutely amazing people and truly want a gym where everyone are friends who enjoy the process getting more fit TOGETHER! They always welcome in drop-ins.Margaret the head coach is an outstanding coach who wants the best for her athletes! She gives of her time, is very patient and will always find a scalable option for those newer to CF.All the other coaches Mitch, Desi, Hannah, and Shannon I look forward to seeing each time they coach!I guarantee you will be a better athlete for jointing CFC!!

I made a good decision when I joined Coronado Crossfit! The coaches are knowledgeable and qualified. Crossfit classes were highlights during my time in Coronado. I would recommend this gym to anyone considering crossfit workouts.

Truly my happy place, CrossFit Coronado is filled with the best coaches and members! They are here to support your fitness journey if you’ve been doing CrossFit for years or are trying it for the first time. I’ve lived in many places and been to many gyms and this is definitely one of my favorites and I would recommend it to anyone new to the area, dropping in while traveling, or looking for a new fitness challenge. The community is non-judgmental, welcoming and encouraging and I’ve met so many nice people who have become friends here. It’s also one of the only options for moms or dads who need childcare, the 9am class offers childcare and my kids really enjoyed coming over the summer with me. Give it a try, you might love it! 🥰

I casually walked there to see about the Physical Therapy treatment. At first look, it only looks like CrossFit gym. After having a conversation with the owner/therapist he straight up told me “you are going to do some actual physical work, we have no gimmicks!” I explained my goal to avoid surgery on my shoulder and be pain free. We got started and later I started working with Alyssa. Direct supervision and with me every step of the way, never splitting patients, and always working with my schedule when possible. She did such a great job that I left pain free and feeling stronger. I had to move away from San Diego otherwise I would have continue to evolve with their excellent work. One big part was everyone was always welcoming and more important very respectful.

I moved to the island a few months ago and joining CrossFit Coronado has been so great for me. Wonderful programming, friendly and knowledgeable coaches, and an awesome atmosphere/community. Couldn’t ask for a better place to workout.
