Fantastic service. Chris and his team were super nice & efficient. I had them clean all the carpets in my law office and I'm OCD. We had recently rehabbed a guest room that we'd done when we first moved into the house aslienahsdf years ago and needed to swap the rugs around because the colors now worked better in different rooms. What didn't work was the additional dirt that I'd added to the rugs by trying to clean them with a rented machine in the driveway. That was even dumber than you think because now not only did the cat vomit rug also have driveway dirt, the lighter colored rug—which for some reason the cats never found attractive (repulsive?) enough to puke on and wasn't really that dirty to begin with—looked like it came from your grandmother's flooded basement. Supreme Gleam Team to the rescue! Not only did the light colored rug return looking brand new (and with a stain guard to protect against any future cat vomit—because we're still that stupid), the majority of the 15-year-old ghost cat vomit came out of the darker rug! [ETA: what is left is only the stains created by my using Resolve to clean the vomit. BE YE NOT SO STUPID. Chris educated me on not using this in the future as it can stain carpets!] All jokes aside, we really couldn't have been happier with the results and have already recommended the team to family members with kids and pets who have been looking for carpet/area rug assistance. The team did a great job with the carpets. My only issue was when previously at my home they weren’t able to complete the job due to a malfunction of the machine which was completely understandable however all the items that were placed on my bed (side table, lamp etc) wasn’t put back. That was my only issue but overall good service I will be using them every 6 months. 😀
