The workouts are always super fun, challenging, and never boring. Every day is something different, which keeps things fresh and exciting.The coaches are seriously amazing — super knowledgeable, encouraging, and they actually care about how you’re moving and making progress. They push you in all the right ways without ever making it feel intimidating.And the community? Unreal. Everyone is so welcoming and down-to-earth. It honestly feels more like a group of friends working out together than just a gym.Whether you’re new to CrossFit or have been at it for years, this place just has the best vibe. Can’t recommend it enough!

I have a fantastic experience going to CrossFit Steps! I did both personal training and group classes and both were incredibly well organized and worth the money and time commitment. Coaches are knowledgable and the atmosphere is perfect for someone who wants to get into CrossFit but doesn't know exactly how to start. Everyone at the gym is welcoming and makes the workouts fun to do! You can be as competitive as you want and it's totally fine to have days where you're just there to move your body and go at your own pace. The gym itself is clean and taken care of and the equipment is all top notch! Really cool to see a place where there is a range of fitness levels and still feels like a supportive community.

Just finished my first CrossFit class, and I might be hooked! The vibe was amazing—everyone was super friendly, like they knew a secret to fitness happiness. The coach was fantastic, making sure I didn’t accidentally deadlift my way to the ER. By the end, my muscles were sending SOS signals, but that’s just weakness leaving the body, right? I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great workout. Come for the exercise, and stay because your legs won’t work well enough to leave!

Awesome sense of community to be a part of. Admittingly, joining a new gym is always a little intimidating but the coaches and athletes have created a very welcoming atmosphere to be a part of. Being new, people have gone out of there way to welcome me and make me feel comfortable. I'm so happy to be a part of the gym.

I’ve been into CrossFit for almost 9 years now and enjoy dropping in at various boxes whenever I’m traveling and I rarely come across a community like this! Immediately I was greeted by and felt welcomed by members who were of course complete strangers to me. Nice. The coaches were top notch, super knowledgeable send kind and the facilities are super clean and high quality! Will be coming back every time I’m in maple ridge now! Highly recommend.
