I can’t say enough great things about Impact.. The facility is clean and organized, and Jerry, Jackson and Carmen are the best! You are instantly family at Impact! They meet you where you are with your fitness goals and encourage and motivate you to reach further. I started personal training here with Jackson to get ready to go into the military. He was great working with me to target specific areas/exercises that needed improvement, and he would always encourage me to push myself to do more than I believed I could. I have now started doing their group training classes, yet it still feels so personal. Would absolutely recommend Impact for anyone no matter what your fitness level!
