I joined their 6 week fitness challenge on a whim (randomly saw a Facebook ad., went in for the information session and signed up then and there). I knew if I didn’t it was unlikely I’d ever join. I needed ‘a challenge’ to bother getting healthier. Sad but true, for many of us I imagine. Hiitbox gave us ‘challengers’ a customized diet plan, grocery list and recipes. No excuses for not knowing what to eat! I was surprised at the choices of food and realized a lot of it wasn’t that different from what I’d normally eat, just more controlled portions. And veggies. Lots and lots of veggies. I’ve never eaten as many greens in my life as I did in the past 6 weeks! The workouts were fun too! Good people, good music, good atmosphere. Very encouraging! My classes were always with the owners, Jag or Shaun, and they were so good! Each class was different, some worse (i.e. painful) than others, but all were rewarding. Especially once finished! Proud to say I successfully completed the challenge by losing 15.8lb / 7.17 kg and 6.6% body fat thanks to the HiiTBox team. A nail-biting finish to the very end for me.
