If you've ever wondered if hypnotherapy works, or if it's something that could truly help you with problems or challenges you are facing, the answer is yes. I was skeptical at the beginning and unsure if it would truly help me and now, I am recommending it to everyone I know. A 5-star review is not enough for this; I give it 100 stars. I had a really bad fall off a horse in 2015 that left me badly injured. While I recovered and am able to ride again, the mental scarring was deeper than I had thought. Whenever I'd get back in the saddle, I would be paralyzed with fear of falling again and it was to the point where some days, I couldn't get off the mounting block or even throw the saddle over my horses back. After working with Eliot, my fear is completely gone. Instead of dreading going to the barn knowing I was going to have to get into the saddle, now I am excited and determined. My confidence has soared and now, I am able to ride with a clear mind and a calm demeanor. I also have a much better understanding of how my mind works and I am able to use my new knowledge to help me in times of doubt or uncertainty. I cannot recommend Eliot enough. He's compassionate, he's understanding, and he's invested in his clients. He takes the time to work through the problem at hand and his patience is endless. He also provides tools and "homework" between sessions, which helps set you up for success and retrains your way of thinking and seeing things.
