Physical therapy with Steve has been invaluable. With a nagging elbow injury from Olympic weightlifting that wouldn’t go away with the exercises I was doing at home, Steve was able to assess my weak points and treat my elbow pain successfully. Steve’s vast knowledge and genuine care for my physical wellbeing was just the thing I needed to get back to lifting heavy.

Not only is my body getting stronger and leaner, but my confidence at the gym and in myself have immensely grown. Jacob is great at helping you understand the exercises, why they are important, and if something is either too hard or too easy he modifies the exercise to work for me. Kudos to Eric and Steve for putting together their 6-week, 12-class, golf-specific training program. This is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for. A golf focused program on strength, speed, and mobility which required no planning or research on my part. Show up, put in the work, and after 6 weeks they also drafted a personalized training program for me to follow on a go-forward basis. We all want to get stronger and hit the ball farther. Appreciate Motus Rx a whole lot! When I first started almost two months ago, I was struggling just to move after sitting and then getting up. Walking up and down the stairs was hard. It was so painful in my hip/back I could barely move at first. I am incredibly grateful that there's already been so much improvement, especially with being able to walk pain free rather than just tolerate the pain (even if it's just a few miles right now) It's a big deal for me. Motus RX is a special business with some quality humans taking care of people. It’s not just a job to them. This is a place that's not only great at what they do but also a place that cares about and engages with their clients. It's a highlight of my week for sure. The connection they are adding to the lives of people as well as helping them heal is so impactful. It’s been impactful for me. Thanks for being a place I absolutely enjoy coming to and for helping me heal so I can continue doing what I love. I’m 57 and had a swing speed of around 94 miles an hour and I knew I needed to increase my flexibility in order to improve my speed. I told Steve my goal at the end of 12 weeks was to hit 100 mph. We are currently at the halfway point and this morning I hit 107 mph which is beyond my wildest dreams of what I thought c... More
I’m approaching the halfway point of a 12 week one on one sessions with Steve. I’m 57 and had a swing speed of around 94 miles an hour and I knew I needed to increase my flexibility in order to improve my speed. I told Steve my goal at the end of 12 weeks was to hit 100 mph. We are currently at the halfway point and this morning I hit 107 mph which is beyond my wildest dreams of what I thought could be accomplished with still 7 weeks to go! The exercises require commitment, but are doable and are given in bite size pieces. The class is very well organized and catered to the individual. A new set of fitted clubs will cost more than the 12 week session and give you little to nothing more than you have. Flexibility, trained properly, is the key to a better golf game. I highly recommend Motus! Less
