My water heater died on a Wednesday. Called City Wide and within minutes had an appointment the next day to install a replacement. Mike, the service tech, was great. Thoroughly explained everything, did beautiful work, and left the job site so clean you wouldn't have known he'd been there. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Our air conditioner stopped working on Sunday & Monday was a holiday. I called on Tuesday and serviceman came out Wednesday morning. Fixed the A/C and serviced our furnace so it’s ready for winter. This team made an overwhelming situation (flooded basement along with the water tank leaking) hopeful on a holiday. They do not charge for after hours or holidays. Fantastic! Technician was honest and did not attempt to upsell. Highly recommend.

The technician who did the switch ( gas to electric ) was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us . The electrician came in and did the hook up and neither one left any kind of a mess .We are very happy with the results.
