I shuffled into the Shirley branch with pain caused by hardened skin on the soles of my feet. Sam got to work on it immediately, removing it all (and there was a lot!) she clipped and filed my nails and moisturised my feet too, showing them the love I had denied them for my entire adult life! After hobbling in, I walked out pain-free and extremely happy. Thank you Sam and the Flawless Feet team. You are truly amazing and I will highly recommend you to everyone who needs podiatry.

I had to use them because where I would normally go was temporarily closed, so I was told to pay upfront before treatment which was £90, I wasn't happy but I expected a very, very good service. From my experience it was not worth £90, I think I was paying for the building rather than the service. Who i had just focused on the top part of my feet and left the heels and my toenails and never gave my feet a thorough check before starting, since it was my first time. I had to tell him to do my heels which at nearly 100 pounds i shouldn't have to, which annoyed me. He never polished or rubbed cream into my foot bottom which I thought was standard. If this was done my feet would have felt light like I was walking on air which is how other chiropodist have made my feet feel and I paid a lot less. Within a week or so, my feet was nearly looking like I never went. This was a routine appointment to deal with hard skin and callous, I do a better job at home. I would not be going there again.

I can't recommend Martha highly enough. From my very first appointment, she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about my verruca, the treatment options, and what to expect throughout the process. Her advice was clear, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease.She was also fantastic at managing any discomfort during treatment, always checking in and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. What really stood out, though, was how much she genuinely cared.Thanks to her expertise, professionalism, and kindness, I've had an excellent experience from start to finish. Marta was personable and nice but unfortunately the suggested Faulkners needling treatment didn’t resolve the issue, foot was sore after the treatment and took forever to heal which was very inconvenient, I was happy to go through it thinking it will fix this long term verucca once and for all but it didn’t work at all, feels like I wasted £500 of my hard earned money for nothing!! I wouldn’t recommend this treatment at all!!
