Called and had to listen to Mr. Patel (for 10 mins) as to how bad the insurance company was. Suggested he put that aside and address my clarifications. Was told treatment was included and in my case, likely needed laser treatment where I would pay the difference as already paid the assessment fee. Arrived at the appointment today and was told that the laser would be on top of the assessment, tried explaining that he had told me differently on the call but Mr. Patel just would not listen. Next, was told a cost for nail removal (surgical), asked how I should present to the insurers, the response was 'we will work something out' vs. a clean process. Mr. Patel just puts you under pressure constantly. All the above happened in the space of 20 mins, the appt itself felt rushed and money focused. Left with a bad taste, money vs. care, the customer and even a reputable insurance provider are wrong but Mr. Patel is the only one who can be right (talks over you throughout / does not bother listening). I cannot compliment this service enough-i walked in there in agony ( despite being elsewhere 6 weeks earlier) and came out virtually pain free. Also the treatment was basically pain free. Can't praise them enough-many thanks😃😃

Maria was amazing. I was in pain and hadn't realised I had an infection on my nails. Marta removed the nail and offered really good advice. I'm so pleased and will be taking better care of my feet.

Lovely clinic. I had a medical pedicure which was great, during my treatment the podiatrist (Millie) was talking me through my foot problems, possible causes and ways to actually treat the root causes. I had to pay £75 in advance just to book the appointment- in the end I found out the treatment would have costed me £450 with no guarantee that it would completely cure my issue. After that I only got my nail cleaned not even a full pedicure. Really disappointed, you should be transparent with your prices rather than tricking people into paying for a very expensive 10 minute consultation.

Hiren offered great support throughout the treatment process and was very honest about what to expect, without making any false promises. I highly recommend Hiren at Flawless Feet. I saw countless podiatrists over a period of 10 year's to try to get rid of a verucca's on my feet - Hiren cured them within about 5 months with needling, which no-one else had suggested and was the least painful and affordable treatment. I return occasionally for check-ups. Despite my immense embarrassment, Hiren made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

After years of struggle and 4 unsuccessful surgeries, i decided to make an appointment with Mr. Patel.I didn't hear about Flawless Feet from anyone,i just found the website perfectly organised,which made things clear for me.I was totally scared and anxious,considering my 4 surgeries and the fact that i was given an anesthetic which had almost no effect. Well,at Flawless Feet i got everything i was looking for: a friendly but professional attitude, i felt nothing during the procedure,and last but not least,i didn't feel any pain even after the anesthetic stopped having an effect(1,maybe 2 hours after the procedure).
