It was my first time at this podiatrists and i will be going back! I'd made a mistake with the time but the brilliant foot practitioner Michelle made time to see me, without any fuss. I had a medical pedicure and it was fantastic. Michelle was great company and clearly loves feet! She went above and beyond to sort out my feet and i left feeling utterly pampered.

My son and I had a medical pedicure with Samantha, and we were both really impressed with the experience. It was incredibly worthwhile, and I would highly recommend her. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and gave us excellent, practical advice on foot care. She was gentle, thorough and professional, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. We both left feeling very well looked after with light feet. The medical pedicure is definitely worthwhile.

Please change or train your receptionist! Absolutely no sense to great clients or even say a hello! Felt very unwelcome standing in the narrow entrance corridor with my walking aid not knowing where to even sit! No welcome, no offer to sit down, very narrow entrance if you're disabled! This is before I'm even seen for the consultation which is now 20mins late - no apology... Just left to fester!!!!

They cancelled my first booking, so I paid for and booked a second appointment. I then wasted another morning travelling into London, waited for over an hour, and only then discovered that they had cancelled the appointment without notifying me.

Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I went there because I had a problem with my nail growing incorrectly, and they literally did nothing except look at it and tell me that I needed surgery. I was then charged £90 for essentially being told that I needed an operation.£90 just to look at my nail and give me no treatment or useful solution is absolutely ridiculous. I expected proper medical advice and at least some kind of helpful assessment, but instead I left feeling like I had completely wasted my money. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not somewhere I would recommend.
