Samantha at the Shirley clinic has been brilliant in treating my 10 year old daughter's very painful ingrown toenail. We were seen for our initial appointment and then the procedure really quickly. Also included were very useful videos about after care, a dressing pack and 3 follow up appointments. Really happy with the outcome of the treatment, thank you!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Daveena and are incredibly grateful for the care and expertise she provided to my mother.My mother is a senior citizen who lives abroad and has suffered from persistent foot pain for many years. During that time, she had received various medical opinions and was eventually diagnosed with plantar fasciitis by another podiatrist. However, after a thorough assessment, Daveena identified that her foot pain was not actually caused by plantar fasciitis.Daveena took the time to properly assess my mother’s feet, explain what was causing the pain and recommend the right course of action, including appropriate footwear and advice on pain management.We followed Daveena’s recommendation and changed my mother’s footwear, and the improvement wasimmediate. She was able to walk for an hour, without the pain in the soles of her feet that had previously forced her to stop and rest every 15 minutes.As my mother lives abroad, knowing she has finally been correctly diagnosed after years of conflicting advice is a huge relief.We are extremely grateful to Daveena and would highly recommend her services.

Went there few years ago, for fungal nails, they did toooo many laser sessions, and nothing changed, lost so much money and time, simple thing was only to take the nails out, they didn't do.The worst strategy that unfortunately I failed to see is making decisions on the spot, if u do the treatment now u don't pay for the consultation, go home think and decide something. I lost really good amount of money.

It was my first time at this podiatrists and i will be going back! I'd made a mistake with the time but the brilliant foot practitioner Michelle made time to see me, without any fuss. I had a medical pedicure and it was fantastic. Michelle was great company and clearly loves feet! She went above and beyond to sort out my feet and i left feeling utterly pampered.

My son and I had a medical pedicure with Samantha, and we were both really impressed with the experience. It was incredibly worthwhile, and I would highly recommend her. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and gave us excellent, practical advice on foot care. She was gentle, thorough and professional, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. We both left feeling very well looked after with light feet. The medical pedicure is definitely worthwhile.

Please change or train your receptionist! Absolutely no sense to great clients or even say a hello! Felt very unwelcome standing in the narrow entrance corridor with my walking aid not knowing where to even sit! No welcome, no offer to sit down, very narrow entrance if you're disabled! This is before I'm even seen for the consultation which is now 20mins late - no apology... Just left to fester!!!!

They cancelled my first booking, so I paid for and booked a second appointment. I then wasted another morning travelling into London, waited for over an hour, and only then discovered that they had cancelled the appointment without notifying me.

Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I went there because I had a problem with my nail growing incorrectly, and they literally did nothing except look at it and tell me that I needed surgery. I was then charged £90 for essentially being told that I needed an operation.£90 just to look at my nail and give me no treatment or useful solution is absolutely ridiculous. I expected proper medical advice and at least some kind of helpful assessment, but instead I left feeling like I had completely wasted my money. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not somewhere I would recommend.
