I have grown so much as a person since starting classes here. I would bring my granddaughter to class and watch, then I started kickfit and eventually karate as well. My fitness level has gone up, I feel great, and it's good for your spiritual health as well. All of the instructors really care about each and every student, and their parents as well. If I can start classes in my late 50's, and be successful, you too can do it! They also have group runs that are fun, engaging, and keep you well conditioned.
