Christie is a phenomenal coach that keeps the best interest of all her athletes in mind and is able to tailor workouts in ways that best accommodate each individual. She has an amazing way of motivating and inspiring you to continue pushing through barriers in order to achieve your goals. I also really appreciate how she holds me accountable and stays in communication with me outside of the gym.

Coach Matthew is an excellent coach/instructor. He was clear in his instructions; he made Lucas and I feel comfortable; and, more importantly, he ensured that we learned proper form in each exercise. Lucas and I look forward to our next session with Coach Matthew.

Matthew broke down a complex movement into more manageable steps. He coached every one of us on each step and gave us one thing to focus on. I felt like I had a better understanding of the movement when it was time to do the workout. The time spent coaching us through the movement was valuable.
