Rick Zitello of GRT Roofing came out to give us an estimate on a new roof on November 12, 2025. His estimate was 3K less than another company's estimate. He pointed out a section of gutter that also needed to be replaced because of incorrect installation. It was late in the season, so I was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to install our new roof the following week on November 18. The crew arrived early in the morning as expected and worked nonstop all day to complete our roof in ONE DAY! This included tearing off the old roof and installing the new roof. The cleanup was excellent, too. Midday it looked like a tornado had hit, but by 4:00, it was completely cleaned up and looked like they'd never even been here, except of course, for the beautiful new roof. They returned a couple of weeks later to replace the gutter. This was delayed only because of bad weather and the Thanksgiving holiday. Also, a couple of times I contacted Rick with questions, and he responded almost immediately. This is a great company that obviously values their customers and takes pride in their workmanship. I highly recommend GRT Roofing for any of your roofing, gutter or siding needs!

Rick was great to work with! He stayed on top of communication and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We had our roof, gutters, soffit and shutters replaced. The work crews were always on time and did a thorough job. When something minor was missed, Rick had the crew back out the next day to fix it- no hassle at all. The team even brought up our garbage cans which was a thoughtful touch. Quality work with high quality products completed for a great price. I highly recommend working with this company. Already planning to have my windows done next.
