Best company to do business with. I'm owner of health & wellness company called MOCEAN in New York. We are one of the biggest wellness center in NYC (10,000 sqft), but we started our business in very small (950 sqft) 3 years ago. Even when we were very small, Stan and his company tried to help us in anyway he can. We started business with buying T-shock, and we recently bought ICOONE medical model, and it's been doing wonders to our business. The Spa bought a Pagani T-Shock. Device needed to be replace than the wand plastic cover broke two years ago. Now we deal with leakage. Our warranty is over since July! The wand replacement is 3500$ or can be repaired at 500$ for the plastic cover being ripped off. Expecting more from a device that was 30000$ after 2 years and 2 months of usage. Best advice don’t buy from them!

Wonderful customer service and response rate is usually just within a couple of hours for helpful advice with machine protocols or replacement parts.
