The coaches have done a great job of helping me get back into working out while emphasizing good technique and reducing the risk of injury.

Love this gym! First time doing CrossFit. Love the group of people, love the community. Very welcoming Coach Kevin is great to work with. Knowledgeable and encouraging. If you don't make it to class, he'll reach out and check on you...that's what I need.

Best gym community and coaches that care about everyone who walks into the gym.

I have done CrossFit in the past, but this gym has been the most supportive and fun by far! The first day I came in, several people introduced themselves to me, which was a great way to be introduced to a new community. I also love that the coaches are really attentive and give good feedback for your growth and safety! I would definitely recommend this CrossFit for new comers or veterans!😊

Very friendly atmosphere. Very knowledgeable and helpful coaches. Would highly recommend. And having a 5:30am class on the schedule is perfect for getting a workout in before work!

I was only there a few times, but each time felt the same and the workouts seemed to be identical. It did not feel like I was working out different parts of my body along with cardio.

CrossFit East Indy has been the best gym I have ever been to! Coach Kevin and the whole CFEI community have been so welcoming! Every workout is dynamic and tailored to your fitness level, so there is never any gymtimidation! It is the perfect mix of personal training with the community atmosphere of a gym!

This place is so welcoming and Coach Kevin is the best! He works with me during each workout to customize the workout to me! This place feels more like a group of friends instead of just some strangers working out at the gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in Crossfit!
