Christina was such a huge help in the viewing and application process! She took time to answer all of my questions and even was working to help me apply once I get out of work at 8pm! I have never seen someone go so above and beyond during a rental process but any company would be grateful to have someone like her who truly cares and leads with customer service! Zanno never answered my emails neither called me back. I applied by zillow.com and the zanno website called 3 times and No one called me back not even after I left messagesWith the lady that answered the phone. making us loose an opportunity for an apartment.

**DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY** First and foremost, I believe I was duped by all the positive Google reviews. This ostensibly reputable agency is clearly a facade which provides a compelling on-line portal and seemingly professional website which you are led to believe is upstanding as a consumer however is anything but. The owner, Nick Balzanno, convinced me that they were a dependable, responsive agency, and they were hired/paid on a monthly retainer aspect. 1. The portal is a farce and it’s impossible to speak to someone in a timely fashion when ANY issue arises (emergency or not). 2. A email or call/voicemail is essentially useless and I imagine winds up in an empty warehouse like in the movie Boiler Room. When they did eventually return a voicemail/email and dispatched someone to my rental property to address an issue (gutter cleanout or leaking icebox for example), the problem was never fully remedied in spite of me paying promptly for the alleged service performed. I’m left to presume that the “technicians” they hire are just a series of handymen off of Craigslist with no actual real expertise in whatever field that needs addressing. Ultimately, save your money and the headache by avoiding this company altogether. In the end you’ll wind up making more phone calls and endure repeated, never-ending repairs for shoddy work that wasn’t completed correctly in the first place. You’ll eventually graduate into your own property manager and wonder what the hell you paid for. Good riddance. **DO NOT HIRE**

This company does a good job of managing the maintenance & repair of a building but they were unable to get our apartments rented even after upgrades. We discussed our concerns w/ their listing agent & process before we relisted the property after upgrades but all the issues and challenges remained. The apartments are on College Hill.Challenges w/ this company's rental program:1.The listing agent didn't bother to pull the city's assessor file ( took less than 3 minutes on line) to obtain accurate information on the property which resulted in listing inaccuracies the most significant being she had the apartment sq. footage 30% smaller than it is. Listing remained inaccurate even after we brought this to their attention.2. Didn't bother to put a FOR RENT sign on the building.3. Found communications thru their automated system portal was difficult and problematic, which resulted in missed communications.4. Lack of useful communication from listing agent. They provide a weekly listing report that provides no useful information on the market to owners which was significant to us as out of state owners. Most recently they had our apartment listed for the second time for 5 weeks (prime time for students) and we received no applications. We reduced the monthly rate and still received no applications.5. Listing agent never offered any ideas on how to improve the listing other than lower the monthly rent which was already middle of the road by Comp comparison.We listed the apartment ourselves as furnished and in less than a week got a 5 month rental... not a 12 month lease but it goes a long way in getting cash flow moving in the right direction.Zanno management company terminated our contract and demanded an 80% commission on a lease we created ourselves.
