Um...so sorry to change the reviews. But unfortunately after around a week i washed my car cause it got really dirty and found out LOTS of micro scratches and looks like it hasn't been buffed or polished properly. Since there is lots of swirl marks all around my car and scratches. Also i found out that during the time my car paint has chaffed during the procedure. I really liked Hugo and his dog and i feel bad putting bad reviews however im so disappointed after spending almost 700 dollars on this. I did took my day off at my work and paying lots of money and getting this result doesnt makes me happy SHOUT OUT TO HUGO AND HIS DOG. THANK YOU SO MUCH. My car is brand new but idk how, it got weird paint spray all over my car and made my paint so dry and ugly. After the first few hours hugo called me and told me to come down to see my car. He was very honest that the basic paint polish is not gonna make it gone. I said maybe we can try the buffing and using the chafing(i don't really know the exact name) tools. It worked!!! But he told me its gonna be extra since it wasn't included in the basic paint and polish. I trusted him and went for the one step higher one and the result was perfect. [DAMAGE CAUSED TO CAR] Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a 1 star review due to damage caused to my car. I paid for the at home wash/detail and a nice gentleman came to my house to wash the car, however after this was done I noticed that the wax application had been severely botched, resulting in hazy spots and bubbles and major inconsistencies all over the paint. I called the service to tell them that this was the case and they rightfully sent the same gentleman back to remove the wax and rewash the car, and this is where the damage occurred. When I showed this person where the wax job had been botched he began to try to rub it off with his finger despite the paint being very dirty at this point, which almost certainly resulted in scratches. I had to infact tell him to stop as this was going to damage the car (something I'd expect people doing this service to be aware of). He then proceeded to do this again, once again forcing me to ask him to stop and inform the "professional" detailer that he was damaging my paint. After the car was finished being washed I noticed scratches all over the entire paintwork, with one very large and noticeable scratch in on the hood (shown in the attached photo). I contacted this service to report what had happened in the hopes that they would cover the damage that they had caused, and instead they attempted to upsell me and get me to purchase their paint correction at a slightly discounted rate. When it became clear that I was not going to purchase this service they ghosted me and stopped responding, leaving me with damage to my car. If you do not care about your paintwork then go ahead, but for those that care about the condition of their paint and in turn their resale value, I would highly recommend staying away from this service. Booking an appointment with Rami, the owner, was a breeze. He listened attentively to all my requirements and provided a detailed explanation of the services and pricing. The rates are very reasonable. Hugo was assigned to my car and arrived with his fully equipped van and adorable dog. The work he did on my car was outstanding. Hugo meticulously cleaned every corner inside the car, even the area under the trunk cover. I regret not taking before and after photos because it felt like a brand-new car! Less
