I had tried losing weight on my own and wasn’t having any success. My husband had heard about the weight loss program from a friend at work. I called and scheduled a consultation with Donna. I have been on the program for 6 months and have lost 53 pounds. Donna is a pleasure to talk to and has really helped me understand my personal weight loss journey. I highly recommend her and the program to anyone who is looking to loose weight. Not only have I lost weight, I don’t have as many aches and pains from arthritis, due to reducing the inflammation in my joints. I am able to move more and feel good about exercising.
