ITS is the Best!! From great workout programming to very helpful nutrition information, they have it all. Coaches are all super knowledgeable and work to keep you consistent with workouts without being pushy. Having worked in the Fitnes Industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for 20 years, I would not work out anywhere else. Love ITS!!!

I’ve been going to ITS for just over three and a half years. I originally joined just to get in better shape, planning to go three times a week. Now, I find myself going five times a week—I actually look forward to it every day and hate missing a session.One of the things I love most is that I never have to worry about what to do when I show up. The coaches have everything planned out in structured blocks, which makes it easy to stay consistent and focused.If you’re thinking about improving your fitness, managing your weight, or just taking better care of your overall health, I can’t recommend ITS enough. The coaches are incredible—they support you not just in workouts, but also with your nutrition and every aspect of your journey.

I have now been apart of Intensity Training Systems for almost 5 years. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I will continue to do so until I physically can’t. This system has not only helped with my physical health but also my mental health. The coaches are awesome. They meet everyone who comes through their doors exactly where they are at. You walk in to a relaxed, zero pressure, friendly environment, surrounded by like-minded people who actually want to be there and will encourage you along the way. You’ll find knowledgeable coaches who will provide you with structured workouts, nutritional guidance, and are truly invested in seeing you succeed! This place is so rad! The entire team is fantastic, encouraging and very welcoming to all! I love the concept and this is the most consistent I’ve been with working out despite years of trying the traditional gym route.
