I joined Ultra in February 2026, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better CrossFit box. From day one, the community has been incredibly welcoming, inclusive, and supportive, making it easy to feel like part of the family.The coaches are outstanding—knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping members achieve their goals. Since joining, I've experienced some health challenges, but the support I've received from both the coaches and the wider Ultra community has been amazing. They helped me safely rebuild my fitness and confidence, and get back to where I wanted to be.If you're looking for a supportive environment with fantastic coaching and a great community, I highly recommend joining Ultra. This is a great gym, would recommend to anyone. I wanted to get stronger and healthier but I didn't know where to start and the weights at the gym always looked too scary and not for me. Everyone at ultracrossfit has been friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. There's lots of variety and the instructor is really encouraging and watches everyone closely to do the exercises correctly. Its a good mix of men and women of varied ages with some experts and some people newer to crossfit.

I moved to Ultra last year and have had a great experience. Jamie and the other coaches are awesome and the members are a fun and welcoming crew. The Ultra Dads free community session is a great initiative to get dads together once a month for a workout and coffee catch up. 125 sessions in and loving the Ultra experience 👍👍

I started at Ultra Crossfit towards the back end of November 2025. Having never done CrossFit before, I was fairly apprehensive and didn't really know what to expect, but after been taken through the on-ramp sessions and joining the group sessions I soon found it to be a friendly, welcoming and motivating community. The Coaches are great and easy to ask for help when you're not sure, and its a really relaxed atmosphere, and a nice environment to be around. Bonus points for Jamie being a fellow northerner 🤣It's been a great learning curve so far! Cant wait to see what the rest of the year brings!

Decided to jump back into CrossFit after a few years away. And boy did I find a gem! Ultra CrossFit is fantastic! No egos - just guys and gals of all ages and fitness levels doing burpees and throwing weight around. Owner Jamie and all coaches are great and everyone is very welcoming and up for a yarn. Highly recommend! 10/10

I visited Brisbane in October 2025 and wanted to experience CrossFit the Aussie way. I came across Ultra CrossFit — a super cool training space close to the city centre. Jamie, the owner and coach, was amazing from the very first message (all the way from Denmark!). I joined three sessions over the week, and Jamie was such a great coach — really attentive to everyone’s different levels. The vibe in the gym was awesome too, and I loved meeting the locals. Especially if you are new in town.Coach Jaimie is a good coach and he makes sure you won’t get out of place or left behind in the class. I joined Ultra about 2 months ago and can’t speak highly enough about the gym. As someone who isn’t a serious cross fitter it can be a bit intimidating trying a new gym but the coaches were so welcoming and accomodating it made signing up a no brainer. The members are all very friendly and the classes always environment is so welcoming. My sister even joined in for a drop in session when she visited Brisbane and she also loved it.!
