The delivery was easy and the installers were polite.Most importantly I messed up the dates of the party on my end, and they saved our kids bday party from disaster by accommodating a request, made on the day of the party, to deliver the jumper a whole week early. BIG BIG shout out to Busy Bee. I had a water slide delivered today (Lil Kahuna) and once it was actually setup the appearance of the slide is smaller than I expected. I made a call right away and explained my situation (totally my fault) and would have just excepted my mistake, but they not only made it right by getting a new one out with in a few hours of delivering the first one they were so understanding and very accommodating. Busy Bee renter for life or as long as my kids want a waterslide. 💙 Less
