From the moment we met Tony and his team we felt comfortable and positive that our first building experience would be nothing short of amazing. The team at Williams Designer Homes have been amazing to work with in building our dream home. From the first day we met Tony we felt at ease and that Williams had our best interests at heart. Throughout the entire build process, the team was professional, communicated well and kept us regularly informed of progress and updates. We were especially impressed with the way Williams took the time and care to be flexible and make suggestions along the way that greatly improved functionality in some areas. Our site supervisor Mitch was excellent and made several suggestions like widening our shower because he wanted our bathroom to feel “better than a five star hotel”. Tony also made suggestions to improve the window heights after seeing the house in person. They didn’t need to do this, but it was this attention to detail that made the custom build experience great and made us feel like Williams was building not just a house, but our home. We couldn't be happier with our new home, it still feels like a dream that it's ours!! The WDH team did a brilliant job of bringing our dream to life, from the design process through to the build. We approached quite a few builders and WDH were the only one's that could meet our needs, and their price was comparable to (if not better) than several project builders. Everyone thought we were kidding ourselves when we said it'd be finished in 6-7 months - not only did they complete it on time as promised we've also had several comments on the quality of the workmanship. From the very first time meeting with Tony, we could see how passionate he is about his work and the industry. We had previewed a home just built by WDH before signing on with them, and I couldn’t fault a thing, the level of perfectionism was incredible. At that point I knew we were selecting the best builder for us. From the design process, to the selections process, (and let me tell you, I was very picky with my selections) absolutely nothing was too hard or too much for Taylor and Ashlee. The selections process was fun! The selections team are beyond organised and knowledgeable and simply made it very easy. My husband is in a wheelchair, so it was very important for us as first time builders, to ensure every part of the home was accessible. WDH really took this into consideration for us along the way, even adding a small ramp into the garage. This may seem like a small thing to others, but to someone in a wheelchair, it simply makes everyday life that little bit easier, and we are really appreciative. Our project manager was Mitch, and what a nice guy he is to work with! Any little worry I had was never a big problem to him, he fixed anything and everything, and was always so willing to take my calls and have a chat. He’s the perfect person for this job! I received Monday emails from Jessica telling me what was done the previous week, and what was scheduled for the week ahead. I loved receiving these emails, they made the entire build an exciting time! Every person I had the pleasure of working with at WDH was friendly and helpful, to everyone behind the scenes as well as everyone mentioned, THANK YOU!!! We built our forever home with Tony. We have never built before and had bought a difficult block to build on. It was a steep slope and rocky. Tony not only worked with us to co-design ideas that suit our family’s wishes and lifestyle. Tony and team built the house with utmost respect and care.
