From the very first time meeting with Tony, we could see how passionate he is about his work and the industry. We had previewed a home just built by WDH before signing on with them, and I couldn’t fault a thing, the level of perfectionism was incredible. At that point I knew we were selecting the best builder for us. From the design process, to the selections process, (and let me tell you, I was very picky with my selections) absolutely nothing was too hard or too much for Taylor and Ashlee. The selections process was fun! The selections team are beyond organised and knowledgeable and simply made it very easy. My husband is in a wheelchair, so it was very important for us as first time builders, to ensure every part of the home was accessible. WDH really took this into consideration for us along the way, even adding a small ramp into the garage. This may seem like a small thing to others, but to someone in a wheelchair, it simply makes everyday life that little bit easier, and we are really appreciative. Our project manager was Mitch, and what a nice guy he is to work with! Any little worry I had was never a big problem to him, he fixed anything and everything, and was always so willing to take my calls and have a chat. He’s the perfect person for this job! I received Monday emails from Jessica telling me what was done the previous week, and what was scheduled for the week ahead. I loved receiving these emails, they made the entire build an exciting time! Every person I had the pleasure of working with at WDH was friendly and helpful, to everyone behind the scenes as well as everyone mentioned, THANK YOU!!! We built our forever home with Tony. We have never built before and had bought a difficult block to build on. It was a steep slope and rocky. Tony not only worked with us to co-design ideas that suit our family’s wishes and lifestyle. Tony and team built the house with utmost respect and care. We just built two properties with Williams Designer Homes and could not speak more highly enough of Tony and his team. After previously building with another company we were cautious building again, but Williams really did exceed our expectations 100 fold. We received weekly updates and every week trades were scheduled and actually completed everything they said they would do to a high standard. Our side supervisor Mark was amazing. On the ball throughout the entire builds and any minor (and I mean minor) things were picked up on and fixed straight away. We were handed our keys with not a single problem or defect that needed looking at, just the way Tony promised it would be done. I will never trust any builder now except Williams to build my home!
