CrossFit Frontier has not only offered me friendships, a welcoming atmosphere, amazing workout plans/workouts, great coaches, but also a place where it’s judgment free and you feel like you can succeed in goals with a whole support group behind you. Doesn’t matter if you’re doing no weight or heavy weight, the coaches are very adaptable to help you in proper movement and technique so that you don’t hurt yourself but also so that you get a great workout in. This community keeps you accountable and makes the idea of “going to the gym” fun and allows a little get away to get your mind clear from the chaos of life. CrossFit can be very intimidating and I was in that same boat at one point. Especially when it’s a new gym and you’re just trying it out for a week. Crossfit Frontier is the opposite of intimidating but welcoming. This gym has people who are legit athletes at this sport like professionals, but also has people coming in and it’s their first day. Crossfit Frontier is the best gym in Cheyenne. I have been personal training with Ryan for over a year and have made significant progress. Ryan is friendly, patient, and encouraging with his clients. Everyone at the gym is friendly, inviting, and helpful.

Was super skeptical about joining CrossFit but from the moment I stepped into CrossFit Frontier I received the most support I had experienced in a gym. The team is fantastic and everyone is so supportive in each others journey. I love that we can all be at different levels of fitness and still enjoy the workout together and high fives at the end. Not many places offer activities for younger children. I'm thankful they do! Their toddler time is perfect for younger children, especially during the colder months or rainy days! Ms. Brittany is great with my 2yr old! Definitely recommend!

I love coming to the CrossFit Hustle women's only class. I like that each day is a different workout, which keeps the classes fun and challenging, but the best part about this class is the environment. They always provide alternative movements for exercises that might initially seem daunting for newcomers to Crossfit. I eagerly look forward to the signal that signifies the end of the workout, followed by high-fives all around. I've had the privilege of working out at each of their locations as they expanded into larger spaces over the years, but our current downtown Cheyenne location is fantastic. It exudes a great atmosphere and offers ample space to spread out. Additionally, they run an excellent Crossfit Kids program that my son has participated in for several years. It's a fantastic opportunity for kids to learn functional movements, interact with peers outside of school, and develop basic teamwork skills. If you are looking for more than just a gym to sweat at, this is your place. I have been a member of CrossFit Frontier since 2017 and this place has become part of my family. Outside of the excellent community at CrossFit Frontier, there are other engagements the most other gyms in town do not have. They host multiple informational seminars that are free, including nutritional education, movement technique, and physical therapy education to further help to improve your overall health. There are also multiple community get togethers. If you asked me what my favorite part of this gym is that I get to instill fitness and a health lifestyle into my kids. My kids are currently 1 month, 3 years and 4 years and they are always welcome at class with me and get to play with other kids their age. There are multiple kids classes to help teach your children the fundamentals of movement and most importantly have fun and get away from the tv and other technology. The coaching is great and they are always looking to improve their knowledge the best help the community. They get to know you as well and know have to coach you best to meet your goals. I dropped into CrossFit Frontier for 5 weeks while in Cheyenne. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, would highly recommend!

New to the Crossfit world, I came here a few times to try it out. I definitely felt like an outsider, which made it a little uncomfortable, so I didn't feel drawn to come back. I had a couple decent workouts though. There is a small place for kids to hang out, which I appreciated. There is no locker room, which meant going home to change between work and the gym.

This is a great box! The people are friendly, coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. I love coming here.

I was fortunate enough to drop in on a Friday during frontier days. The WOD was perfect, the coaching superb and the atmosphere warm and inviting just like a CrossFit community should be. I was also impressed with the CrossFit kids camp that was going on at the same time!! Raising the next generation of CrossFitters 💪🏻
