Scates has been helping us with various things for several years now. They repaired the roof on our previous house and even helped us when we were looking to buy a new house by estimating how much it would cost to replace the roof on a house we had put an offer in on by using satellite images. They also replaced the roof on the new house, two windows so far, and most recently our front and back door. Their sales people, the office workers, and the technicians are all wonderful to deal with. My only complaint about them is that you sometimes have to call or email to get timing updates once your deposit has been made and you’re waiting for things that have been ordered to come in before you can actually get an install date. And honestly, I wouldn’t even really call that a complaint, so much as just a good thing to know when signing a contract with them.
