I am currently a client of Dr. Orlando's. I have had several sessions with him for my back issues. Since my first consultation with him, he has been open and caring to my health needs. He has walked me through detailed treatment plan and updated me on goals and progress. As I consistently walk in for appointments, I am treated with genuine customer service with no waiting. His assistant, Casey, is spectacular. Her customer service skills are superior. She sends timely email receipts and text message reminders of all my appointments. I am treated like family.
