They made sure the ball was not dropped on the review. They called and emailed to follow up, included the links I needed in the emails, specified exactly how I needed to fix the proofs, and even let me email the corrections directly to be submitted for review. When it was approved, I got an email with the link that I needed to approve the design. It was very easy.
