PUMPERS BEWARE!!!If it was up to me, this company would get zero stars, horrible service. They reached out to me, which I am Also a local septic pumping company that their truck was down and needed a tank pumped. We done a few jobs for them in the past, but unfortunately, we had to remind them as well for payment, but we had two in one day for them and the female said she would send us the payment later that day. No payment, waited a week also no payment. The gentleman said he would get that sent right over and of course no payment and all communication at this point has ceased. You can’t even call them because they will ignore your calls. We are now taking legal action. Our business with them has ceased and hopefully nobody else has to go through this either. Be very cautious.!!!

Never again! DO NOT TAKE THE RISK. GO ELSEWHERE! Four fraudulent charges hit my card in a span of days in September when I had no services received. My only service with this company was back in February and that was a horrible experience itself. When I reached out to the business about the charges it was stated that it was a mistake. There are other customers with the same first name. Supposedly removed my card on file and said a refund would be issued. No refund ever came and full customer card numbers shouldn’t be stored on file.

Called them at 5:30am. Was told that they should be here by noon. 12:04 I called to find out what was going on, I was told that the guy was en route. 2 hours later I called again and was told the driver was in a fender bender and the guy that was answering the phone was on the way to the accident and he'd have a girl he called into the office call me to update me on having another driver come out. It's now 3;10 and no call. We were supposed to go to a wedding this evening and are now going to miss it. Communication is awful. If you are unable to make the appointed time let people know.

Had to have a late evening service done with pumping our septic. No answer but I received a text right away on sorry they missed my call and how can I help you. I asked if they do 24 hour pumping. They said yes and they came out 2 hours later. We had a very nice gentleman who got right to it and pumped everything and even got the clog for us. Took only maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. Thank you for your service, we appreciated you coming out as late as you did! Now A plus will be our go-to for our system.

3/29/24 @ 10:24am owner said he could be here in 1hr and pump my tank for $385. They arrived 4hrs later. They pumped 2' out of my tank leaving 2'. Driver said his truck was full and when we called owner he tried to say my tank must have been too big or had been neglected. At this point they wanted me to pay $385 and leave the rest in the tank and come back in a year. We ended up agreeing to pay $200 because only half the job was done. We agreed on 200 for them to come back tues/Wed the following week to finish pumping because we wanted to go ahead and do it while tank was dug up. Never showed and wouldn't answer when I called. I called from a different number and he answered and informed me he can't work for free. We already agreed to another 200 to come back out. I would steer clear of doing any business with them. This is the short version otherwise the review would be pages. I would steer clear.

I had an urgent problem and called A Plus. After a few hours, Cash arrived and located my septic tank very quickly and excavated (by hand) down to the lid. It was an additional charge, but I gladly paid it. He let me know that the pump truck was unavailable for a little while but he called me at 8pm and asked if I was okay with him coming on out. 30 minutes later he was finishing up the job and I was very grateful to him for working late to get the job done today. I can't say enough about Cash and his professionalism and work ethic. A Plus and Cash both get 5 stars in my book. Thanks for such a great job!

What can I say? If you have a septic tank, you need to have it pumped every few years. And sometimes you forget to have it pumped and it backs up. It isn’t pretty but here we are. It happened on a Friday night, of course. We called quite a few places on Saturday morning but they were either closed or booked weeks out. We then called Sean from A Plus Plumbing who was able to get us an appointment that evening. They ended up having an issue with the truck and needed to reschedule for Sunday. That worked out for us as we needed more time to try to find the lid since grass and weeds had grown over (they charge extra for excavation). By Sunday night we were back in business! ;) Their prices were reasonable and comparable to the other places we called.

I 100% recommend A plus pumping and plumbing. I had a serious issue and needed to add a bathroom as well. Cash was responsive and did a great job fixing my issue to existing plumbing and finished my installation for new plumbing not only fast but works great! Save the time dealing with others and call him.

Absolutely horrible originally contacted them to pump and unclogged my septic system. I was told they would be there by seven 8 o’clock that night then I got the runaround as when they would be there in the morning finally showed up two hours after charged me $400 to pump an uncovered tank Did not even unclog the line absolutely horrible experience will never use or recommend them

Had this company com out for a quote to unclog a line. Fist guy was okay but he never sent anyone back then when reaching out to them he said he would send someone 2 to 3pm no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional to waste everyone’s time like that
