To simply say how thankful I am for the efforts Mike and his team put into this loan process would be a major understatement! This was my first home purchase and the process felt like a nightmare before Mike took over. I attempted to use 2 other lenders before coming to Mike and having my first home/dream home saved. The entire loan process can be frustrating but the #1 most frustrating issue I experienced with the other 2 lenders is the extreme lack of communication from "professionals". That worry went completely out of the window with Mike. The previous 2 lenders talked the talk but could not walk the walk and ultimately almost cost me the loan. I had very little time to save this home after 3 months of dealing with incompetent Loan Officers and Mike jumped on it as If I was the only loan he was working on even though I know he's got a pile of work in front of him daily! While other Loan Officers seem to only work from 9-5 and make you feel like just another name on a piece of paper on their desk, Mike essentially works from sun up to sun up and has an amazing ability to communicate effectively, which put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands from then on. Mike and his team were able to strategically put together and beautifully execute a time sensitive plan to save this loan. We ran into a few minor hiccups but Mike stayed on top of everything with multiple daily updates all of the way until the moment we closed. I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to Mike at Maddux Mortgage!
