Mark and his architect Sam spent time with me learning what my needs were regarding a commercial patio enclosure required by the City, my landlord and the ABC. Sam drew up plans, presented them to both my builder and the City and supported me during my hearing before the City Planning Commission. All went very well, pays to deal with people who are familiar with local city requirements and are respected by city officials.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with Turn Key. Not only was initial construction for a relatively simple project (floor and drywall repair after a plumbing leak) delayed by months, but after they replaced the floors, they all started popping up and had to be replaced again. When they had to be replaced a second time, the baseboards were warped and damaged and, rather than replacing them, they just stuck the warped/damaged baseboards back on the wall. Some of the quarter round was messily replaced and began falling off within a couple weeks of being replaced. When we contacted them about this, they never came back to fix or replace it. Finally, we recently discovered a crack in the toilet they removed to replace the floors. The toilet had putty all over the crack indicating they damaged the toilet and, rather than replacing it, hid the damage and repair. It has now resulted in another expensive plumbing repair. Would highly recommend not using these folks. Highly unprofessional, cut corners, dishonest, and ultimately ended up costing us more money. In response to Turn Key's reply stating that they did not work on our home, this is simply untrue.

From the first meeting with the owner, Mark, and the architect, Sam, we were impressed. Mark’s staff and subcontractors were skilled, polite, hardworking, and responsive. We saw none of the bad behaviors that we’d heard about with other contractors. And the job was finished almost to the day they projected. We didn’t just gut the kitchen – we torn down a wall and raised the ceiling. They also built out our attic, complete with a drop-down ladder, lighting, and more. Turn Key does quality work. You will be happy if you select them to enhance your home.
