The whole package! This company A1 professional, on the phone, equipment, and technicians! I asked many questions and Rick answered them all and more. I knew Rick knew what he was doing. This is how service is supposed to be. We found mildew, which we thought was mold in our vents. I called CosmosWaterDamage Restoration expecting to wait a few days to see a service tech with all the flooding we just had here. Rick showed up within a few hours and investigated the issue and put us to ease. We made an appointment to have our system cleaned and CosmosWaterDamage Restoration showed up exactly on time and spent over 10 hours cleaning and disinfecting. Showed before and after photos. Two years earlier we had a company clean our vents and that is all they did they did not disinfect or open up the exchanger which is where the real issue starts. I have three grandchildren that are here all the time, the best money I have spent in a long time! Thank You, Rick, very, very professional.

These guys are great. Woke up to find out the water heater had leaked and destroyed the ceiling below it. The appraiser was at the house about an hour after I made the call and the cleanup crew was out shortly thereafter. Will definitely use this company again if (hopefully it doesn't) the need arises.

They did great work and even though the service provided for me was a smaller job involving crawl space cleanup, they treated it as an important job. They even had to reschedule after trying to work on it the first time, entirely due to my issue, but did not try to charge me for that. Great value too. Others in the valley tried to charge me 3 to 4x the cost in an attempt to take advantage of the situation. They did not do this. Great company.
