CrossFit Hanover has been a great place to help me reach my fitness goals. The members are diverse and super supportive. The coaches have helped me be able to train despite a shoulder injury. Now my shoulder is stronger and I know how to adjust my training to accommodate any pain that I may have. If I was still at a regular gym I wouldn’t even know where to start.

CrossFit Hanover is the fitness addition I’ve been searching for to increase strength, agility, flexibility, and to enhance sports performance. Workout sessions provide a total body experience with a variety of exercises and appropriate modifications to meet individual needs. Support from members keeps you motivated and coming back for more.

Walking through those doors changed my life. I’ve made friends there that have become family. CrossFit Hanover will always be my home. I travel a lot for work and have been to many CrossFit gyms in America. CrossFit Hanover’s membership fee is the most reasonable I’ve seen and provides more incentives for its members than anywhere I’ve been.

CrossFit Hanover is the best! Dan’s programming is challenging but can be scaled for any fitness level. I highly recommend!

I love this gym. It’s like a personal training session every class. The coach actually coaches you during the class, they don’t take the class with you. At my age, this is super important to me to ensure i don’t injure myself. Everyone at the gym is very welcoming, I have made many friendships from the classes.

My son has a muscular disorder and has been attending CrossFit Hanover high five fitness for years. He loves it, he is always excited to go and it has benefited him with his strength and overall health so much.

Great atmosphere and people. The classes give you a lot of information and make sure you’re doing it all correctly! Love the morning classes!

Only advice i have is DO IT. You won’t regret your decision . it’s the family , accountability, and drive that this community gives you. I promise there is nothing like it. The knowledge the staff possesses is incredible. Even in large groups, they individualize the routine for those who need modifications. Give this place a try. It's amazing!

As a southern California native, they became the second family I needed to get me through the family-sickness I was suffering through while I lived in south central PA. The people are genuine and the coaching is top notch. After relocating back to my hometown, an area where affiliate gyms are a dime a dozen, it is EXCEPTIONALLY HARD to find a coach that is not only well educated in Crossfit movements, but also in sports and athletic sciences. You will get exactly that with head coach Dan. When you are in one of his classes, movements are carefully broken down, each body position is explained as to why it needs to be as such, and explain which muscles should be activated to perform the movement safely without injury. The programming each week is well thought out to give each day a challenging workout for every level of difficulty (seriously, I cannot count how many times muscle ups were programmed all willy-nilly during trial weeks during my search for a crossfit gym in SoCal). Limits will be tested with every workout, but you will leave being an informed athlete, not just a tired one. During my time at Crossfit Hanover, a medical professional from Wellspan sat in once a week to answer questions any athlete needed more insight on. I wish I could truly emphasize how fortunate members are to have all this technical knowledge at their disposal in their workout environment. I spent 5 years on and off (mostly on) working out here and I wish I could spend 5+ more. Watching the gym's evolution to the butt kicking entity that it is today has certainly been a pleasure. I just finished Crossfit Hanover's foundation class and it was amazing. It was so detailed and I learned so much. I'm just now starting regular classes and everyone is so helpful and encouraging. Crossfit Hanover has made me so very welcome. My first day visiting, I had about 7 members just walk up and introduce themselves to me! So very friendly. Coaches are outstanding! They never make you feel uncomfortable and always offer corrective measures to find good form. I have found my new home away from home. Just awesome! Thanks everyone for the great welcoming!

We have a family membership! Staff starts you where you need to be. I like that the focus is on technique to reduce injury before "lifting as much as you can because you can". I push myself harder than I ever have before and have made great gains- mentally and physically.
