This gym is the absolute best ! When I say there is no judgment … there is absolutely no judgment from your peers or coaches . This is one of the most comfortable gyms I’ve ever been in , everyone is encouraging and of all different ages and walks of life . One of the cleanest boxes I have been too, and you can tell a lot of time and care goes into making a fun and supportive environment for all skill levels. I never considered myself an “athletic” person but the support and motivation from the group at this gym had me doing my first ever strict pullups at 36yo. Love this place.

This is one of the best places to go!!!! Everyone there is great my first day there they treated me like I had been a member and friend for years. The coaches there are amazing even with a class full of people they still take the time to coach you and talk to you about your technique. This FitFam has been a refreshing breath of fresh air. My last gym turned into a horrible nightmare. Here, no one is yelling and belittling us, writing the same workout over and over, constantly upcharging, nor does Bombshell have a bunch of teenage drama divas as owner(s).

I love this box! Jen and the coaching team are so awesome, encouraging, and helpful. I've learned so much in regards to proper form in the short time I've been going. Moves I've been doing for years I have been improving on in such a short amount of time because I am being coached properly. You won't regret a single workout, except the ones you miss.

Was in town from South Carolina work and found this box really close to where I was working. As soon as you walk in the hospitality and encouragement starts from the coach and the members. The coach was more than supportive in letting me do my own workouts and making sure I had a place to do them. If I'm ever back in the area I will absolutely go back!!!!
