We’re so happy we went with ATV Rentals for our first trip to Tulum! We were a bit skeptical of renting an ATV but their team put our minds at ease and provided an amazing experience from start to finish. Esme and Ally were both Amazing! Ally provides ALL the resources you could ever need! Literally, she provides tips, recommendations, links, trusted taxis and way more! ATV rental was a breeze. We had them delivered and picked up. Communication was great and the person delivering them was very informative on the use of them. No hold on passports. Would rent from them again.

We rented an ATV for the duration of our trip to Tulum and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. We stayed in La Veleta, and having the ATV made getting around town and down to the beach incredibly easy and it saved us a ton of money compared to taking taxis everywhere.Ally takes the time to really walk you through the ins and outs of the ATV, which made us feel super safe and confident riding the whole trip. On top of that, renting from her is basically like getting a Tulum tour guide included! She has the BEST recommendations and tips for getting around the area.Could not recommend ATV Rentals Tulum more to anyone visiting. If you’re on the fence, DO IT!!

Ally was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better host. She equipped me with a brand-new scooter that had no trouble getting around all of tulum. She is very knowledgeable and has plenty of great advice that you should heed. For example making a copy of your license and only carrying around a small amount of cash, which I did. She also sent me a link to this to do in Tulum and excursion information. The booking, check-in, and check-out process was simple and a breeze. I was able to carry my huge checked suitcase, a carry-on suitcase, and a large backpack to my checkout and catch my taxi from her location. I would definitely choose to rent from her again next time I'm there.

Ally made our scooter rental experience here in Tulum so smooth and simple! She didn’t ask to hold my passport or a deposit for our rental so that put us at ease. She was available 24/7 for any needs or recommendations regarding the scooters or things to do or place to eat in Tulum. She gave me a quick tutorial on how to ride the scooter as well as tips for navigating for riding throughout the city safely. I can say with confidence that I will be returning to Ally to a scooter rental or even possibly the option of an atv or vehicle she has to offer when I return to Tulum.

Renting from Ally was the best experience I could have imagined. Here are some reasons I recommend only using her…1) The streets of Tulum are DARK AF. Her ATV had super bright lights and I felt bad for all of the people I passed because their vehicles had weak A lights and they could not see the numerous cavernous pits that drop into the abyss.2) The service was above and beyond. Ally answered questions I had that were all over the map. From things to do to places to avoid. I am also positive that if I already didn’t know the meaning of life, she could have told me that as well. She has “it” figured out for sure!3) The huge cargo box on the back. It doubles as a backrest for passengers and makes it so much safer to ride tandem.4) Quality… the ATV had absolutely zero issues and she obviously puts in the work to maintain her vehicles.5) Ease of the process… Ally was responsive and quick and everything was done simply and on my phone before I picked up the ATV. Just a quick greeting and I hot the key and away I went on my adventures.All in all, 11/10 WILL be renting from Ally again. You should too, you’d be a fool not to.Thanks Ally!!!
