The event itself was a lot to process and we were fortunate no one was injured. Going through the insurance process and knowing I would have to find a contract felt daunting. The team that replaced our roof was fantastic. They completed our home and a three car garage roof in one day. All debris was cleaned up including nails. I was leery of a black roof with black gutters but it looks great . Two neighbors have already complimented the new look. Thinking of adding black shutters. After a storm in the spring damaged the roof, siding, windows, and gutters on our home, we were concerned about the process to find a trustworthy contractor and getting the work done. We knew little to nothing about where to start and from our first meeting, Joe and the Northwind Exteriors team helped walk us through the work needed to fix the damage. They showed us options and helped us understand each step of the process, including the insurance claim process! Mark had a crew of talented workers that arrived and completed work on time, cleaned up each day and respected our home and landscape. Mark even protected my landscape and plants during the construction work! They recommended a particular type of skylight that made such a difference in our bathrooms and helps prevent condensation damage.
