We used Septic 911 in an emergency when our septic tank in our newly purchased home backed up. After using them, and my husband talking with them - we decided to let them install risers. We wanted a specific size, so they would not show above ground. Upon installation we realized they had not installed the correct risers, and after several visits they finally installed the correct risers. During the initial riser installation, there was water found around the septic and the septic was full again, meaning we were having draining issues out into the field. Without inspection, Without digging the drain field up, without checking if there was a block first or sludge in the drain field or any pipes leading to the leech field - they automatically said we needed extenders and wanted to charge over $6,000. There was no testing to come up with this conclusion: This could have RUINED our entire system had we just said “alright” and didn’t get another opinion. After using a different contractor and the county, come to find out it was due to a blocked drain field and we only needed a section of the drain field repaired. Also, septic 911 did not seal our risers, meaning groundwater was seeping into the septic through the risers, adding even more stress on an already stressed system. This is also something we are now having to pay to have done, on top of the $600 we already paid for risers and the drama that ensued with using this company. I wholeheartedly do not recommend and will not use them again. I have attached pictures of the unsealed risers. Less

Here within a couple, maybe 3 hours . Courteous, friendly, smart. Highly recommend. Later found we needed system repair/replacement of our drain field. Job done maybe half a day. Reid and crew left it as smooth as possible on our sloped lot.

Took 5 different times of guys coming out before they finally installed the correct risers. 3 of the 5 visits they moved dirt around trying to hide it more and left. We agreed on a certain height and they installed to tall risers and tried to hide it with mound of dirt. After finally installing correct risers all of a sudden something is wrong with our leach field that’s been working fine and wants us to pay thousands to fix it. I don’t write many reviews but I was very pleased with the service I received from Septic 911. The job scheduling process was very easy and I chose to do that online. I could have scheduled by phone but wanted to see if the online process worked - and it worked fine. The driver arrived when scheduled and was respectful of my property by keeping the truck on my tricky driveway and off my grass. They have modern trucks and when they leave there are NO oil drips left on the driveway. Work was done efficiently by a pleasant young man and at a reasonable price. We had a septic emergency on a Wednesday about 6 pm. We live in King and wanted to support a local business so my husband messaged twice and called Septic 911 twice. He was very clear about it being an emergency (sewage backing up in our basement, meaning that we could run no water *at all*). We had a septic emergency on a Wednesday about 6 pm. We live in King and wanted to support a local business so my husband messaged twice and called Septic 911 twice. He was very clear about it being an emergency (sewage backing up in our basement, meaning that we could run no water *at all*). The owner *finally* called us back on Friday...in the meantime there was no message or call back explaining that he was busy, booked, sick or anything else. We really wanted to stay local with our business but with no communication, it was impossible. Very disappointed. Less

We recently had our septic tank pumped out by Septic 911. Reid, the owner/operator, showed up on time. Afterward, he took the extra time to explain to my husband how a septic system works and gave us some tips on proper maintenance. Overall, we are totally satisfied and would use Septic 911 again. Very professional guys. Replaced main water line coming into building and ran underground conduit for low voltage wiring. Really prompt work and very reasonable cost.

My septic tank lids were too deep and made maintenance very difficult. Reid came and pump my tank and installed 2 risers to where now my access to my lids are only 6" underground. Great job, very impressed and would recommend them to all my friends.
