I had a situation with my septic on a Saturday, They were able to come within a hour after I called. Worker was very nice & informative. He got the job done in a timely & efficient manner. I called Septic 911 after that odd little puddle in my backyard turned into an odd bigger puddle. They showed up at our house exactly at the agreed appointment time. Our house is an older home and we had no clue where the septic tank was located. The 2 gentlemen quickly found it and within minutes had our tank opened and were pumping it out. When finished, they left our property pretty much the way they found it. You could barely tell where they had been digging! Reid Fulk and staff were friendly, professional and answered all of our annoying questions, without being annoyed by us. Plus, we were charged a fair price for a job well done. I know for a fact that I will call Septic 911 the next time I have a septic tank issue or need maintenance on our septic system. They're good people and we highly recommend them.
