I appreciated how quickly you responded to my concern. The car was cleaned well and all salt stains removed. However, I was not 100% satisfied with the look of the door panels and dashboard. You immediately offered to come back and redo those areas. It now looks great and I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Cleen Detailing. They stand by their work.

Punctual arrival. Steven was a pro, a proud perfectionist, and a sweetie! So convenient to have my car cleaned at home (instead of at a garage).Only concern is that it’s not possible to clean the underside of the car so I’m wondering if there’s mud and winter slush/salt and if it will not rust?

Steve arrived 7:30 am on the dot. He asked if I had any particular cleaning requests - just the salt stains on the driver's floor mat and some stray cat hairs - and went to work. 90 minutes later the inside of my car was dust, salt and cat hair free! Seat and floor upholstery and rubber mats were washed and Steve recommended I crack the windows open to speed up the drying. Great job! Thanks Steve.
