I’ve been seeing Dr. Pat for several weeks now and originally came in to see if NUCCA could help with my tinnitus. First visit he identified the ringing in my ears was likely being caused by my jaw alignment in relation to nerves running to one side of my face. After several adjustments to my jaw I noticed a significant improvement in the level of ringing in my ears. Even better has been the realization that my shoulders and hips were out of alignment and how that was causing strain/tightness in my shoulder and back muscles that I was just living with. After several Atlas adjustments, I noticed a significant improvement in the relaxation of the muscles in my neck and across the back of my shoulders (experienced a 12 degree improvement in the angle of my neck). Lastly, we’ve been working on my hip alignment that has helped to improve lower back soreness that I typically feel after working out. NUCCA has definitely improved my overall wellbeing and quality of life, I’m hooked.

My daughter started going to Dr. Dani in the winter last year for her body being out of alignment. I looked at her and one shoulder was higher, etc. Dr. Dani was recommended by a family friend and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Lindsey has been amazing! I love how thorough she is and how she really takes the time to listen and address all concerns. She never makes me feel rushed during my appointments and she is so patient and friendly (especially with my kiddos)! I really enjoy being under her care and have seen some major differences since starting care with her nearly 6 weeks ago. One of the biggest improvements is my blood pressure which randomly required medication starting a year ago. Symmetric Health Chiropractic Center was the first place I found, and choosing them was the best decision I could have made. When I came into the office, I could not raise my neck even to eye level. I had severe pain pulling through my left arm and had to hold it close to my body because it felt as if it were being ripped off.I was beginning to lose feeling in my arm and hand, and even basic daily tasks became impossible. Something as simple as spraying deodorant, getting dressed, or showering caused intense pain in my neck and arm. I was living with a deep fear of paralysis. I had been to the ER and was given medication, but I knew medication was only a temporary bandage, I wanted true healing.My first visit was extremely difficult. Even taking the X-rays felt almost impossible, but with Dr. Taylor’s patience and care, I made it through. She has been absolutely amazing.My first NUCCA adjustment brought relief. Within the first week, I could move more freely, and after a few adjustments, feeling began to return in my arm and hand.NUCCA gave me my life back. I will always be grateful for this care.

I had neck pains for years due to sitting at a computer for work every day. My doctor was prescribing muscle relaxers and referring me for PT. Instead I went to Symmetry at the suggestion of a neighbor. They were able to relieve the pain entirely in a few short visits and keep me aligned and pain free with monthly visits! They’ve also helped my baby girl maintain alignment (she was breech) which helped her digestion and sleep tremendously! Cannot recommend Dr. Pat and Dr. Dani enough!Edited to add: I’m still seeing Dr. Dani after 8 years and I look forward to every appointment. It helps to lessen my chronic pain better than any other treatment I’ve tried. I look forward to an alignment after a stressful time, long road trip, or injury. I’ve referred friends, coworkers, and family who also seek care at Symmetry. Cannot recommend this business enough!
