After my first month using the NUCCA method, I’ve experienced about 99% relief and feel better than I have in a long time.What sets them apart is their approach. They take X-rays and focus on the alignment of the atlas at the top of the spine instead of simply popping joints for temporary relief.I’ve done the quick-adjustment approach before, felt great, then had the discomfort return a day or two later. This feels focused on long-term skeletal and spinal health.Dr. Bowker is thorough, intentional, and genuinely cares. If you care about your long-term spinal health, I highly recommend her and the NUCCA method.

I had been thinking about trying out Symmetry Chiro for a while but just wasn't sure if it was the right thing for me. I finally decided to pull the trigger and my experience has been pretty amazing. I was experiencing migraines and dizziness almost daily for a while and since getting my adjustments, they have decreases drastically. I also feel less pain in my nack and mid back. My mood has improved and my anxiety has decreased as well. I feel like im able to enjoy life just a bit more since seeing Dr. Lindsey. Thanks for everything.

I was feeling lightheaded, dizzy, with a sensation that I was going to pass out for 2 months. I went to my primary dr., to urgent care and in another episode to the E.R. No one knew what was going on. All my exams were normal. My husband was looking everywhere to see what could help me and he found this place. I had my first NUCCA adjustment, even though they say it can take a few adjustments to really feel the difference, It was night and day. Not feeling out of balance and scared that I was going to pass out has changed my life!!!!I came for the main issue above, but other things started to get better too. Before, when I got my period, I had spots many days before and lots of cramps. Now, the period comes with no spots and no cramps.I was taking high blood pressure medicine for years and I noticed that after I started my adjustments my blood pressure stayed normal. I had to travel for 2 weeks and since I am in the beginning of treatment, my misalignment came back and so did my high blood pressure. Soon as I came back from travel and did the alignment, my blood pressure has maintained its normal levels.I know each case is different, but I am extremely happy and grateful for having my life back!!!!

I decided to try Symmetry Chiropractic based on their positive online reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations.From the beginning, I felt a strong push toward buying their services rather than focusing entirely on patient care. During my initial consultation, I was assured that my health insurance would cover the treatments and that I just needed to submit the receipts myself. After completing almost 8 treatments and paying close to $1,000 out of pocket, my insurance denied the claims and I was never reimbursed. While the financial aspect was frustrating, the lack of clinical results and patient care was the bigger issue.The treatment simply did not work for me. I consistently complained that my adjustments were not holding and that I was experiencing persistent, severe pain right underneath my skull. I even voiced my concerns that I might be dealing with occipital neuralgia. Because the pain wasn't improving, I decided to pause my treatment.What disappointed me most was the complete lack of follow-up. After I paused my care due to ongoing pain, the doctor never called or checked in to see how I was doing or to help figure out what was going on. It made me feel like just a number rather than a patient they genuinely cared about healing.In healthcare—especially when it involves your spine and nervous system—trust and communication are everything. A good chiropractor or medical professional should pivot when a treatment plan isn't working, or at the very least, follow up when a patient stops coming due to pain. The fact that they completely went silent after taking $1,000 tells you everything you need to know about where their priorities lie.I am highly skeptical of this place now and will not be returning. If you are looking for personalized care and a doctor who follows through on your recovery, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
