Before joining Zenith, I really struggled to maintain a consistent movement routine. I would often train for a race during the summer but barely exercise in the winter. I was looking for accountability and a sense of community, similar to what I experienced in high school and college sports.
Now, after a year and a half at Zenith, I’m still going strong. I’ve found a wonderful community of people to share activities with, like running, lake jumps, enjoying burritos, and even unique hobbies like basket weaving.
On top of that, I’ve noticed significant changes in my body—I’ve become more toned without making any dietary changes. I feel stronger and can perform better in outdoor activities like rock and ice climbing, running, skiing, and wilderness camping.
Joining this gym has improved my life in so many ways.
Oh, and I portaged a canoe in the Ely Marathon for 26.2 miles with minimal run training—and felt amazing—all thanks to my regular workouts here!
