I’ve never done a fitness class as fun as this one. The trainers are extremely helpful, encouraging, and genuinely nice, which makes a huge difference. Every time I leave, I feel motivated, energized, and glad I showed up. The community there is awesome too! Everyone I’ve met has been welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout environment!

I've been with Matrix since the start, and it's been nothing but positive! The environment is welcoming, friendly staff, weights and workouts are top-notch, and the music is always on point! Really keeps you motivated!If you're thinking about joining a gym, I highly recommend Matrix Fit Lab!

The overall vibe is high energy and FUN. The workouts are super challenging and you will be sore!! With that being said, the trainers are so kind and attentive to everyone and they do a great job of helping anyone who needs to modify the workout. They bring amazing energy and the playlists are always on point. The building is super clean and equipment is high quality and organized! They will make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Definitely try a class if you are looking for something in the OKC/Edmond area!
