I had the great pleasure to come into contact with this Company through several sources I'd like to give a shout-out to 1st Rappahannock Electric for helping me be able to afford many years on heating my home with space heaters because my outside unit had broke and I didn't have money to replace. Rappahannock Electric. told me to call 211 in Virginia for assistance and I tried many times but I never got thru to anyone then I Googled phone # for 211 in Virginia and I actually got a phone # and that started this wonderful ball rolling.. everyone was so helpful and friendly that I felt with shout out to Jessica Simpson advocate in Orange County Virginia for Crisis program..she got me in touch with Roanoke Mechanical who installed a brand new beautiful Hot heat pump Scott and his fellow employee (sorry 😔 forgot your name ..but your wonderful!!!)..they did this yesterday they came from Roanoke Virginia 3 hours away..they were here I know at least 8-9 hours both of them working hard to make sure everything was perfect..and of course it is ..I also spoke to David several times who works at Roanoke Mechanical and he was absolutely awesome 👍👍👍..I love my unit ..I want to thank from the bottom of my heart everyone involved in this matter.. ut above all I Thank my Father Jesus 1st.. He's always looked out for me supplied my needs and above all shown much love ❤️ to me..I pray everyone knows Him..and God Bless all of you and your family and friends who helped me

Called Roanoke Mechanical for a second opinion on our furnace, they were extremely responsive and came out the same day to look at it. They were able to get it installed within a week and provided high quality work and communication! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future!
