From the appointment setting through completion, every communication was followed through; every appliance was scanned; every door, window, plumbing and heating cabinet, and more were inspected; and, every question was addressed with clear, understandable explanations. In addition, we will get a detailed report of the findings and recommendations. Lastly, Ms. Beverly was outstandingly diligent and extremely nice. Let me just start off this review by saying starting with Roanoke Mechanical would have saved me a ton of heartache and money. I originally went with the lowest bid for my HVAC. That was a huge mistake. The HVAC was never properly installed and didn't really work. The Roanoke Mechanical team came in and showed me why it wasn't working properly and what needed to be done to fix it. The whole team was very courteous and professional. I had them install a Daikin mini split in our sun room as well. We used to use a plugin heater in the winter and a window AC unit in this room in the summer neither of which ever really did a good job. If you have any extra room or even an old house that doesn't have good heat or AC a minisplit might be the way to go. Now we this whole room is at the perfect temperature whenever we want. Roanoke Mechanical Heating & Cooling recently replace two units in my home. They were extremely knowledgeable with their products and very professional. They did not leave one scrap of paper or wiring anywhere. It was clean as a whistle. They even vacuumed the carpet where some particals fell from the new insulation.
