Glen patiently took me through the various types of floor boards explaining in detail the pros and cons of each type until I made my final choice . Throughout the whole process, Glen went over and beyond to assist me with any queries I had. He is highly knowledgeable, an expert and a real professional. Whilst this company have a fantastic product their after sales service is exceptional. I am renovating a kitchen that had floors from Smarter Timber Flooring from a previous owner. I needed some extra boards to patch some areas which were never covered. They went out of their way to ensure I had what was required. Less
