Signed up for one year of service but the last couple of months didn't work at all. Followed up tons of times and got ZERO response. Called to check and was asked to send all the info again. Sent and followed up further but no response again. The worst customer service I ever experienced. :(

Monica at Stable Solar was amazing. I found their number on a Google search and I was having problems with my inverter. Monica called me asked the error code and had the or service techs walk me through how to fix it. I went from ont generating V's to be fully operational. Monica didn't stop till it was fixed.

My solar system recently developed production issues and a pigeon infestation. My installer was unresponsive for months and I had a hard time finding any other solar teams willing to help with a pre-existing system. I was lucky enough to find Stable Solar. Monica went above and beyond in taking care of me; she somehow got my installer to take care of the production problem within days, and she arranged for a crew to come to Oakland to clean my panels and install critter guards. The whole time she was proactive and promptly responsive to my questions, and the job was done right and on budget. I will absolutely be calling Stable Solar again the next time I have any problems with my system. Just make sure to call ahead, as they can get busy! Less

We have solar panels from a company that went out of business. I called Stable Solar to see if they would remove and reinstall the panels while we were having roof work done. This company is awesome!! They coordinated with the roofing company and got the job done! The guys that came to our home were fabulous!! I will use them for all solar work in the future!!

The most revealing review that I can provide you is the email that I sent to the supervisor of the person that I worked with at Stable Solar. Greg, All too often we only hear about bad news and complaints. This message about one of Stable Solar's employees is the complete opposite. I own a Sungevity installed solar system and lost the ability to actively monitor my system since their bankruptcy. I took advantage of Stable Solar's trial offer and scheduled a phone call. Right on time, Monica called me. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, explained everything, answered all my questions (not the easiest thing when an electrical engineer is asking the questions), and promptly responded to every email that I sent not only answering my questions, but supplying supporting documentation. I was online with my system using Locus's app in a day or two. I added Ethernet to my SolarEdge inverter and asked Monica to get me connected, and again, I was online in a day or two. What can I say except that my experience with Monica was far beyond my expectations. That's saying a whole boatload when most products today are junk and service non existent. If I owned a company, I would fill it with Monica clones, sit back and enjoy the success. Monica, she is a keeper. I cannot say enough good things about her. Less

My system was installed by Sungevity They declared bankruptcy and our 25 year service contract was dropped. I was concerned to reconnect to monitoring and verifying my Steam was working properly. Stable solar took care of this in two days. Their fee for ongoing service is very reasonable.
