My first visit was a great and welcoming experience. Not once did I feel out of place. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and very detailed. Update: After going to AlignLife for 3 weeks now I can honestly say that I have seen great results. Before going I was having a lot of problems with vertigo, anxiety, and insomnia. I have seen significantly improvement in all 3 issues. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to return back to sleep. Now I can get up and use the restroom and go back to sleep. I am very happy about this improvement. I am less tired at work. My sinuses haven't been as bad as usual. I don't know for sure if my sinuses is better because of my chiropractor visits, but normally this time of the year I am fighting terrible sinus pressure and infections. I have one task that I have to perform on my job that causes my vertigo to flare up. After performing the task I experienced very little vertigo and anxiety. I have been going to see Dr. Ray for almost 2 years now. First off, the staff are THE best of the best. Family at this point! With as busy as our lives are, they have always been over the top accommodating and incredibly caring. As far as my care goes, I started treatment hoping for relief of my right shoulder blade and severe, debilitating migraines. To my surprise, (without considering this as an issue) the first noticeable change was in my breathing. I wanted to cry, not knowing I was having this problem until I walked out of an adjustment…being able to BREATHE better?! I went from having weekly mind blowing migraines to having 2-3 a year since starting. Shoulder pain is now gone and that was after 9 months of rigorous physical therapy at ATI. (For me, this time at PT did not address this issue in the least) I had also been seeing an orthopedic off and on for a decade’s worth of knee pain, no relief. Under Dr. Ray’s care and getting my hips re-aligned, after 2-3 months, I’ve had no more pain in my right knee. I definitely sleep more soundly at night, mine and my son’s allergies have improved dramatically. I know I can walk in on a very stressful day, knowing that I will leave with the biggest relief. Maybe the biggest change I’ve seen in my life is the amount of work I can get through in a day!
