I have been going to see Dr. Ray for almost 2 years now. First off, the staff are THE best of the best. Family at this point! With as busy as our lives are, they have always been over the top accommodating and incredibly caring. As far as my care goes, I started treatment hoping for relief of my right shoulder blade and severe, debilitating migraines. To my surprise, (without considering this as an issue) the first noticeable change was in my breathing. I wanted to cry, not knowing I was having this problem until I walked out of an adjustment…being able to BREATHE better?! I went from having weekly mind blowing migraines to having 2-3 since starting. Shoulder pain is now gone and that was after 9 months of rigorous physical therapy. I had also been seeing an orthopedic off and on for a decade’s worth of knee pain, no relief. Under Dr. Rays care and getting my hips re-aligned, after 2-3 months, I’ve had no more pain in my right knee. I definitely sleep more soundly at night, mine and my son’s allergies have improved dramatically. I can walk in on a very stressful day, knowing that I will leave with the biggest relief. Maybe the biggest change I’ve seen in my life is the amount of work I can get through in a day! My energy levels have soared and maybe that’s a good and bad thing 🤣 It makes it hard to end a day’s work when I’ve still got energy to take on more. My first visit was a great and welcoming experience. Not once did I feel out of place. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and very detailed. Update: After going to AlignLife for 3 weeks now I can honestly say that I have seen great results. Before going I was having a lot of problems with vertigo, anxiety, and insomnia. I have seen significantly improvement in all 3 issues. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to return back to sleep. Now I can get up and use the restroom and go back to sleep. I am very happy about this improvement. I am less tired at work. My sinuses haven't been as bad as usual. I don't know for sure if my sinuses is better because of my chiropractor visits, but normally this time of the year I am fighting terrible sinus pressure and infections. I have one task that I have to perform on my job that causes my vertigo to flare up. After performing the task I experienced very little vertigo and anxiety. I am very impressed because vertigo and anxiety can be very scary depending on how bad the flare ups are. Doctor Raymond and his staff are awesome!! ❤️ Updated review after my six months experience. My vertigo has been over the roof due to my experience on my job. I mentioned that I was experiencing some really bad unbalanced motions. Dr. Ray concentrated on my vertigo and in just a few visits I was back on track with my normal every day routine without discomfort while out and about. I love the fact that I could pull him away from my normal adjustment and have him focus on an issue that was very important to me at the time. The appointment was just over an hour and was very thorough with several different scans, X-rays, a physical spine exam and lots of questions so he could get a good history to work with. For months my teenager would complain of random, painful headaches.
